Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at care@lamenda.in with your order details.
  • If payment has been made, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

a. If Reverse Shipping is Available

  • Returns are free of cost.

  • Customers can easily place a return or exchange request directly from our website. Once your order is marked as delivered, the return/exchange option will be visible on the order details page.

b. If Reverse Shipping is Unavailable

  • The customer must self-ship the item to the Lamenda Fashions return address mentioned below.

  • The return shipping cost will be reimbursed after the product is received and verified, provided the customer:

    • Shares a valid shipping receipt, and

    • Provides any additional documents requested by our team for verification.

3. Return Conditions

  • Returned items must arrive in their original condition. Any signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will result in rejection of the return.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned product is received and verified.
  • Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
